Write Sparks Privacy Notice

At Write Sparks, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our customers and of visitors to our website. This privacy notice will explain what information we collect from you, how we use it and why.

When someone visits www.writesparks.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

If you email us, contact us via our website contact form, or provide your email address on a paper Parent/Carer form, we will keep a record of your email address. We use that information to reply to your customer questions, to confirm bookings, to let you know about upcoming classes or events, to share and celebrate highlights from an event your child attended or to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.

You can email info@writesparks.co.uk at any time to ask to unsubscribe from our emails or to ask us to delete your information.

When your child attends one of our classes, workshops or events, we will ask you for their name, age and whether they have any medical, learning or additional needs. We do this to ensure that we know who will be attending and that the planned session is tailored to their needs. We also ask you to complete a Parent/Carer form, which asks for more detailed information about your child and for your address and contact telephone numbers. These details are collected to ensure the safety of all children in our care and to make sure that in case of an emergency we are able to contact you. We will not contact you using these details for any other purpose and do not share this information with anyone else.

We do not share your details with any other third parties.

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. Email your request to info@writesparks.co.uk
